In line with the Marrakesh Treaty, EasyReader App is free for personal use by anyone with a print disability. It can be used on a range of devices and connects readers to over 45 accessible libraries worldwide.

Flexibility to read your own way
When you access books and read for pleasure in ways that reflect your needs and reading style, you find more enjoyment in reading. Use EasyReader App to browse libraries and newspaper stands, then download and read in ways that suit your vision and reading preferences.
EasyReader App enables you to personalise your own reading experience. It features adjustable text, colour schemes and speech settings. For people who are blind, EasyReader App is also compatible with screen readers and braille displays.
For accessible learning, we recommend EasyReader Premium Education Plan. This subscription offers extra features and benefits to help young people with reading disabilities thrive in school, college and university.

Download on any device
To ensure it's available to more people, Dolphin makes sure EasyReader App can be used on a wide range of devices. These include iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, Amazon Kindle Fire tablets, Chromebooks and Windows computers.
Simply download the EasyReader App from the device's app store, and follow the simple instructions to install it. We do not limit the number of devices you can use it on, and it's always free to download and use.
Schools can also install the EasyReader App for Windows across their whole network, with the EasyReader Network Installation Package. This is best for use with EasyReader Premium Education Plan
Access Talking Book Libraries
When you use EasyReader App on a smartphone, tablet or PC, it links you to the world’s largest collection of accessible libraries and talking newspaper stands.
Simply login to your library accounts to browse, read and listen to bestsellers, classics, textbooks and magazines. You can download up to ten titles at a time.
Please note that membership is required for all talking book libraries. You can usually join these via the library's website. Each library listed in EasyReader App has a link to its website within the app to help with this.

Text & Speech Sync
Text and audio are perfectly synchronised so you can read along as you listen. EasyReader highlights the text as it reads it aloud, so you always find your place.
Read from Clipboard
Copy text from anywhere on your device and listen to it in EasyReader App. Read up to ten clipboard texts free. Adjust reading speed and pronunciation as needed.
Read with Audio
Play narrated audio books, or have text-only books and newspapers read aloud by human-sounding synthesised speech. Speech synchronises with on-screen text highlights.
Reads a Range of Formats
EasyReader reads the widest range of book and document formats. including DAISY 2, DAISY 3, ePub, MathML, Microsoft Word documents, HTML and text files.
Easy Navigation
Easily move around books, using the intuitive navigation to skip forward and backward or skip to any page or chapter. You can also search for keywords or phrases in the text.
Add Bookmarks & Notes
To aid navigation, you can bookmark your favourite passages of text and add notes to each bookmark for future reference.
Open More Content
Import up to ten files from your device to read with accessibility features in EasyReader App. For more than ten, you should upgrade to EasyReader Premium.
